General Return Policy
30-Day Return Window: Products can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Faulty Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 30 days.
Non-Defective Returns: Subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Product-Specific Policies
3D Printers & Accessories: Returns are subject to the manufacturer’s policies.
Kits: Only new, unopened kits may be returned within 30 days.
Return Conditions
Condition: Items must be in original condition with all parts and accessories.
Original Packaging: Retain original packaging for the warranty period; fees may apply for replacement packaging.
Return Process
RMA Requirement: Contact support to obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning an item.
Processing Time: Allow 7-10 business days for processing after receipt of the return.
Refund Method: Refunds issued in the original form of payment or as store credit if the original method is unavailable.
Additional Policies

Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Unless claims for shortages, damage or other errors or deviations of or to the Products are made in writing by customer to INNOADDI within 5 (five) calendar days upon delivery, customer shall be deemed to have accepted quantity and quality of the products delivered by INNOADDI as being in accordance with the Agreement. 
Order Cancellation: Shipping charges are non-refundable for cancelled orders.

Stock Availability
Due to high demand and limited inventory, stock availability for certain products may vary. We strive to keep our products in stock at all times; however, some items may occasionally be out of stock. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to either wait for restock, receive a substitute item, or process a full refund. For the latest stock updates, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Customs & Import Fees: Customers are responsible for customs, duties, taxes, or import fees. No refund for abandoned shipments.
Custom Orders: A $89.00 processing fee applies for special items and/or replacement parts.
Clearance Items: All sales are final. Refurbished 3D printers and machines have at least a 6-month warranty.
Product Sale Grace Period
7-Day Grace Period: Store credit is available for price differences if an item is purchased within seven days before a sale.

Warranty Statement:
(1) The product is used normally, but there is damage or malfunction not caused by the customer.
(2) Product malfunction due to product quality or workmanship.
Warranty and Limitation of Liability
3D Printed parts and motors are covered by a one month warranty.  Attention: If the product is damaged due to non-quality issues, you will need to pay for the cost of the accessories required for repair.
Warranty service will not be provided in the following cases:
(1) The order number or proof of purchase cannot be provided, or there is reason to believe that these evidences are forged or tampered with.
(2) The product is beyond the warranty period.
(3) Product damage caused by unauthorized modification or firmware modification.
(4) The product was found to be damaged during transportation but was not rejected upon delivery, or the logistics company did not issue a certificate of damage and was unable to provide proof of damage during transportation.
(5) Product damage caused by incorrect installation and use.
(6) Product damage caused by irresistible external forces (such as floods, typhoons, fires, earthquakes, etc.).
(7) Product damage caused by not working in the specified environment.
